The Cairdeas tradition is to look (or rather, taste) back through our own journey as a Washington state winery during the month of March. How will you be celebrating?
Join us as we release recently sold out wines (think 2014 Trí…) into our library collection, open featured library wines throughout the month, pair a Caislén an Papa vertical at our Winemaker’s Pop Up Dinner on March 23rd, and pour some new releases at Taste Washington March 30-31st.
Library Wines Features – Every Weekend in March (Fri-Sun)
Each year, we hold back a limited amount of each of our wines and every time a bottle is uncorked, that vintage becomes all the more rare. Join us every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the month of March when we uncork featured library wines to taste. Available until the bottle runs dry.
Winemaker’s Pop Up Dinner – Saturday, March 23rd | 7pm
Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell is popping up at Cairdeas Winery to pair a Pacific Northwest tasting menu with a vertical of Caislén an Papa, our Grenache-forward Chateuneuf du Pape-style red blend. We invite you to be one of our 18 guests at the table.
