The Wine
{Pronounced San-so} This wine has aromas of raspberry, blackberry and cinnamon. The palate offers rich cranberry and baking spice flavors. This rare Rhône varietal makes a medium bodied wine with great depth of flavor.

4% Mourvèdre – Meek Vineyard – Yakima Valley

The Winemaking
All varieties were destemmed and fermented whole berry. The wines were aged in 30% brand new 500L French oak puncheons and 70% neutral French oak barrels.
