At Cairdeas Winery, we are featuring our 2014 Caislén an Papa, a traditional French Chateauneuf du Papé style blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise paired with a French style Brandy Cherry & Cinnamon truffle made by Intrigue Chocolate, crafted specifically to pair with this wine.
