CELEBRATE THE MONTH OF LOVE WITH ARTISAN WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRINGS

For two weekends in February (9-10th and 16-17th), the Lake Chelan Wine Valley hums with couples on romantic retreats and friends gather for a much needed winter getaway. Our tasting rooms fill with smiling faces and the sound of surprised delight at each taste of red wine and chocolate.

At Cairdeas Winery, we are featuring our Port-style Petite Sirah, paired with a French style truffle made by Intrigue Chocolate, crafted specifically to pair with this wine. We will also be featuring our gourmet s’mores, ready for roasting around the fire, and hosting our 2nd Annual Chocolate Making & Wine Pairing Class with Chef Laurie Pfalzer on Saturday, February 16th.
