Led by winemaker Charlie Lybecker, this Master Class is designed for wine lovers ready to discover how site, vessel, and winemaking choices shape Grenache in the glass.

What We’ll Explore:

🍷 Grenache Blanc – Fresh, vibrant, and expressive – showcasing the bright, aromatic side of the Grenache family.

🍷 *New* Upland Grenache Noir – A first look at our newest release, highlighting depth, structure, and site-driven character.

🍷 Grenache Gris – A rarer expression, bridging the gap between white and red with texture and intrigue.

🍷 Grenache in Rosé – A field blend (with Syrah) that captures freshness, nuance, and the lighter side of Grenache.

🍷 Daedalus Syrah/Grenache Blend – A deeper, layered field blend from the Rocks District of Walla Walla where Grenache plays a key supporting role alongside Syrah.

Throughout the class, Charlie will guide you through the nuances of each wine, including how different aging vessels influence texture, aromatics, and structure across styles—from crisp whites to structured reds.

We’ll also explore the concept of field blends and how Grenache adapts across a range of winemaking approaches, with plenty of stories and insights along the way. Includes a charcuterie spread to enjoy with your tasting.
