At Cairdeas, we craft Rhône-inspired wines for friends old and new who share our love of wine and adventure. When you join our Wine Club, you become part of our framily—a close-knit community that values great wine, shared moments, and lasting connections.
Choose between 6 or 12 bottles of wine, delivered twice a year (March and September). As a member, you’ll unlock exclusive access to limited-release wines, special savings on all purchases, and invitations to member-only events.

Terms & Conditions
By joining the Cairdeas Wine Club, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Wine purchases and shipments can only be made and received by adults 21 years or older. Your member benefits begin once you receive your first wine club release or make a qualifying purchase equal to your membership level.
Wine Club Releases
Cairdeas Wine Club releases occur twice per year — typically in March and September. You’ll receive an email within a week of billing, giving you a chance to review and customize your order and update your payment or account information. Please ensure your payment method is current to avoid delays or issues with your release.
Pick-Up vs. Shipping
When you join, you’ll select either Pick-Up or Shipping for your wine club releases, and these preferences can be changed at any time.
- Pick-Up Members are asked to collect their wines within 6 months of the release; no more than two allocations held at one time. After that, we may automatically ship your wines to the address on file.
- Shipping Members will have their wines sent to the address provided. An adult 21+ must be present to sign for the delivery—no exceptions (we wish wine could sign for itself too!). Shipping is included with all orders of 6+ bottles. Be aware of potential shipment delays due to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) – we will stay in touch along the way.
Shipping laws vary by state, and we can only ship to approved states. If your address becomes non-shippable, we’ll contact you to make other arrangements.
Cancellations
After one year (or two releases), membership continues until you notify us. You can cancel at any time in writing, by phone, or in person. Once received, cancellation will be effective immediately, with no further obligation, except for any wines already billed. We reserve the right to cancel memberships if payment is unsuccessful for two consecutive releases.
Member Benefit Limitations
Member benefits are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared outside your household. Members must be present to receive onsite benefits of waived tastings and access to the Wine Club Loft. Discounts and waived tastings are available only to active members in good standing. Your benefits apply at both Cairdeas Winery and our sister label, Diffraction Wine – because we believe in great wine, no matter the occasion!
We reserve the right to adjust benefits or club policies as needed, but we’ll always communicate changes clearly and in advance.
