The Wine
Cinsault {pronounced San-So} has floral aromas with dried red fruit, black tea and cinnamon on the palate. This rare Rhône varietal makes a yummy medium bodied wine.

The Vineyard
80% Cinsault – Meek Vineyard – Yakima Valley
10% Syrah – Dineen Vineyard – Rattlesnake Hills
10% Syrah – Lonesome Spring Ranch – Yakima Valley

The Winemaking
The Cinsault was de-stemmed only and fermented as whole berries with pumpovers. The Syrah was fermented 50% whole cluster.
