Estate Wine Dinner with Chef Aaron Tekulve
Join us for an unforgettable evening as we toast the release of our newest Estate Wines: the 2023 Estate Sparkling Clairette Blanche, 2024 Estate Picardan, and 2023 Estate Syrah. These wines are a true expression of our land and the unique terroir of the Lake Chelan Valley—and we’re thrilled to share them with you.
To mark this special occasion, we’ve partnered with Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell to craft a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Known for his artful approach to seasonal cuisine, Chef Tekulve will present a multi-course menu showcasing the best of Pacific Northwest farmers, fishermen, and foragers—with a special emphasis on fresh, locally-sourced seafood designed to complement each wine.
