THE WINES THAT INSPIRED US AT SURRELL

Have you ever wondered what inspired a winemaker to create a wine? On Friday April 25th, 2025 join us for an incredibly unique evening with Charlie and Lacey Lybecker or Cairdeas Winery. We will be showcasing 8 wines this night including a special selection of their wines side by side wines from around the world that have inspired their craft. Chef Aaron Tekulve will be pairing these wines over 4 course menu exploring the late winter season. Each reservation includes the tasting menu and wine pairing.

Our inspiration winemaker dinner series is our way for you to uniquely experience these wineries talent and see how it was influenced. It’ll be a truly special night, and we hope to see you there!
