One of the most important winemaking tasks is quality control, and we are inviting you back into the cellar to help us quality check (aka taste and enjoy) our 2022 red wines before they are officially bottled. Learn about the vinification process, our blending method, and the bottling process.

Enjoy sips of the newest vintage red blends (Alicante Boushet, Trí, Cinsaut, Caisléan an Pápa, Consonance, and Finial…yep, it is back this vintage) with paired bites. Then fill, label and wax a signed 1.5L magnum of your favorite to take home with you!
