Join us at Cairdeas SODO on Thursday, April 18th, for Reggie Wine’s Sensory Evaluation of Aromas class, the first of three educational series at our Seattle Tasting Room. The first installment of this interactive class will wake up your senses to the aromas in wine and enhance your ability to smell and taste wines like a sommelier. An exploration of the components in wine and how the feel and are expressed on the palate will be included in the presentation. This class is foundational towards understanding food and wine pairing. The class will include bites of palate cleaning foods, aromas and our aromatic wines.
